  • At this time, MARCO V CIGARS ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States with the exception of Minnesota and not to international locations. Nor does MARCO V CIGARS ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please note: 1. A $1.00 UPS Ground Fuel Surcharge and a $2.00 Air Fuel Surcharge will be incurred on all packages sent by UPS and USPS. 2. UPS 2nd Day Air (Blue Label) is delivered on the second "Business Day" after the order ships. Saturday, Sunday and shipper observed holidays are not "Business Days." 3. UPS Next Day Air (Red Label) is delivered on the next "Business Day" after the order ships. 4. All orders must be placed before 2:00 p.m. EST to be shipped the same day Monday through Friday. UPS Saturday Delivery is only available from Thursday at 2:00 p.m. EST to Friday at 1:59:59 p.m. EST. 6. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, UPS will return your package to JR Cigars.com.
